Jane’s brief was to design a website for our charity, OASIS, which she did admirably. She then provided training on Microsoft Office FrontPage for four members of our committee and she continues to provide email support for the few occasions when we have a query. However, we have found that we have been given the knowledge and confidence to maintain the website ourselves.	Jane provides excellent office support. Her breadth of experience means that she is able to deal calmly and efficiently with the most demanding of office administration tasks. She has an excellent telephone manner and is well able to handle demanding customer handling tasks. She has excellent IT and organisational skills, and is able to handle complex projects with a minimum of briefing. She is self motivated and good at prioritising tasks.
